I love hats. I have a lot of them. With the smell of Fall in the air this morning I decided to cruise Etsy to see what the kniiters are up to. Since Etsy has emerged there has been a revival of knitters out there. I have noticed people are buying those old vintage knit pattern books and hopefully recreating some of the old hat styles again. And I have also noticed alot of great creative new designs out there.
I am in love with this hat! From the etsy seller Ekho

All I can do is hang my head in shame at this one.. The perfume was released by The Fragrance Shop…..
To quote their website…
“Resisting tradition, fighting conformity and disregarding aromatic conventions it leaves a fresh, restless bite of lemon, sharpened and intensified by a defiant black pepper. Electrified by aldehydes, the fragrance exudes pure energy, pared down and pumped up by leather, shot through with heliotrope and brought back down to earth by a raunchy patchouli.”
What the heck is this? The proper scent would be B.O., beer and cigarette smoke all aged about 30 years or so…...

When styling clothing I love to add something odd or weird to an outfit because its fun and it also turns heads. It was love at first site with these Boy London Platform boots. When I tried them on I went from being 5’ 10” to 6’ 2” fun Fun Fun.
So I paired it with the 1940’s off the shoulder ethnic evening gown to give the outfit more of a modern edge to it…. In the the day the dress was worn with period platforms which were very popular in the 40’s. So I thought the boots a perfect match as well as the handmade necklace I also paired with the dress.
